Google Street View launched in UK
Google Maps has launched a new street view where you can see houses belonging to members of the public in 3d, and what people are doing. But there is a problem, people are having a row over the fact that they want there privacy to be kept secret and not to be shown to the general public.
Celebrities have also been affected by Google Maps. Tracy beaker star Dani Harmer has said that shots of her house have been presented on her Fan club website. Sources have said that they should have consulted the general public and they don’t like the fact that anyone can see that person’s house and even childrern playing in the garden.
Another person has said that "this is madness" and is "scared" to "even look out of her window". People are also worried about what Google is going to do next - even let people look into our houses?
